Delete your data
Last updated: 29 October 2026. This page says how to stop Charka using a YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account, and how to have the data Charka holds about you deleted. Charka is a product of FOB Digital Labs.
1. Stop Charka using an account
Do one of these. Either works on its own, at any time.
- In Charka: open Advanced, then Channels, and press Disconnect on the account. Charka forgets its sign-in token at once.
- At the platform:
- YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Charka, Remove access.
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook, Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations, choose Charka, Remove.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, Profile, Menu, Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions, choose Charka, Remove access.
Posts that were already published stay on the platform; delete them there if you want them gone.
2. Have your data deleted
Write to charka@fobdigitallabs.com with the subject Delete my Charka data, from the email address you use for Charka (or name the platform account, for example the Facebook Page or YouTube channel, if you never had a Charka login). You do not need to give a reason.
Within 7 days we delete:
- the sign-in tokens of every platform account you connected;
- the names and ids of those accounts, and the results Charka read from them (views, likes and similar numbers);
- your projects, scripts, videos, pictures, voices and other files;
- the AI service keys you stored;
- your Charka login, if you ask for that too.
We reply by email when it is done, with a reference number for your request. Entries in the activity log that are needed for security or legal reasons (for example who logged in and when) may be kept as long as the law allows; they hold no platform tokens and no video content.
