Charka

Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026. Charka is a product of FOB Digital Labs ("we"). This policy says what Charka does with data when a YouTube channel is connected to it.

The short version

What we keep about a person

Who can see a person's data

Other users cannot: the database itself keeps accounts apart. The operator (FOB Digital Labs) does not look at a person's videos or keys in normal operation. The operator may look into an account's records (titles, states, published links and the activity log) only to answer a complaint, a notice from a platform such as YouTube, a legal request, or to protect other people or the service. Each such look needs a written reason and is recorded in the activity log.

What Charka accesses, and why

When a channel owner signs in with Google, Charka asks for these permissions. Each is used only for the purpose given.

Charka does not read private videos that it did not publish, does not read other people's data, and does not post, comment or subscribe on the owner's behalf.

Where the data is kept

Who else receives data

To make a video, Charka sends the owner's text (the topic, the script, picture descriptions) to the AI services that were chosen and configured, such as a text, voice or image provider. Each provider's own terms apply. Charka sends them no Google account data and no sign-in tokens. The only other place data goes is Google and YouTube, when Charka publishes or reads results.

Limited Use

Charka's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, data from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the features the owner asked for, is not transferred to others except as needed for those features or to follow the law, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except with the owner's consent, for security, or where the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. The Charka dashboard uses one session cookie to keep the signed-in person signed in, and the access gateway in front of it sets its own sign-in cookie.

Your choices and deleting data

Children

Charka is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. A change in what Charka does with Google data would be stated here before it takes effect.
